I'm not sure you call a group of Buzzards a flock, but it seems appropriate. This is only part of the flock flying over in a circle. Not a super photo, but documents the vast number.
I love the confetti-like sprinkling of the birds across the pretty sky and, also, the vertical orientation of your image, which contributes to the feeling of looking up! Great shot, Gary!

Cool. A little research turned up this answer. Flock is ok to describe a group of any kind of birds. A group of turkey buzzards or vultures can be called a committee, a venue, a volt, a wake.
As @k9photo noted, a group of vultures in the air is a kettle (makes sense if you've seen them swirling in circles and compered it to stirring a pot or kettle), it's a committee on the ground, and a wake when on the ground feeding (no doubt they are celebrating and giving thanks for the deceased).
