Hanging on...

We have several Sassafras trees on our property. I found these leaves still hanging on. The green tree in the background is a Live Oak. It will hold its green leaves until spring, when they will fall off and new leaves arrive.

I’m not familiar with sassafras trees, I don’t think they grow out west.

All leaves don't fall at one time which must be very frustrating to those who care about their lawns being pristine. Me - well, I don't really care.
