No need to comment. I wanted to document the look under this Live Oak tree since I cut many of the lower branches so we could walk under it. We have LOTS of volunteer Live Oak trees around our property. They all began from "God's Tree" which we planted in our backyard many years ago. It some years the acorns of God's Tree are prolific and the squirrels love to "plant them" all around the property. They are somewhat "evergreen" since they keep their leaves until spring then drop them and grow new ones very quickly. (I wish I had made a "before" photo.)

Live oaks are very common here also. I like the way they keep some green in our neighborhood in the winter.
