On our drive up the coast last weekend, we stopped at a cute little place to eat. My son wanted to try the fish and chips but didn't like the "white stuff" (the fish) because it was too hot and "would never cool down!" Daddy promised him some fish this weekend that would cool down so he could eat it. So, we went to a great restaurant in Seattle and they shared some un-breaded trout. It cooled down quickly and he was able to eat it. He loved it. And I always love the views from this place, looking out on the docks of fishing boats. It was nice and warm so we went for a walk afterward down the docks and even were able to see a fishing boat coming in for the day.
