Although in general, I like to leave nature in nature, I had a thought for a great fall craft wreath with leaves and this was at a park where there was bound to be much disturbance to the natural order of things with the playground 50 feet away anyway, so I made an exception. And the wreaths turned out pretty cool. You can only imagine how much fun she had, being able to keep the treasures she found for once.
And since it was pouring rain this morning, we set out to get new raincoats so we could do this little adventure more comfortably. She wanted nothing to do with the girly kitty cat one and instead chose the one with bugs on it. That's my girl!
I love her new raincoat all bright and shiny. She looks so impressed with her bag of leaves. I would love to see a photo of the wreaths as well if you have one :)
