We were gifted this house that was part of a ceramic lit village from a relative. We were having trouble getting a house where we loved living and she sent it as a hopeful message that maybe the coming year would be the year we found one. Well, we did, so I guess it worked...just not in the city or even state that we were hoping. It was disappointing and I may never think of our house now as "home", but I get more and more comfortable here as time passes.
