It was a rough year, especially for this guy. The challenges will only continue to become greater in the new year, which makes it hard to hold the optimism I usually have at this time. He's been a rock star through it all, though (especially today, when he could have fallen apart), and that gives me some hope for us all. Happy New Year to you and yours.
