During our anniversary weekend at an old gold rush town, we stayed in a grand hotel that is rumored to be haunted. During our stay, they did a seance and had Witch's High Tea. I was tempted to go to both, but hubby said no. I think it would have been hard to stay the night there had we done that! Regardless, it was a beautiful hotel built in 1889 with lace coverings on dark wood canopy beds and crystal chandeliers in every room.
