Every elementary school year, there are two separate weeks of conferences where she gets out for a half day. This week is the last of them, since she will be going to middle school next year, eek! I will miss this one on one time together, but we will have to just be more intentional and do them at other times. We went to a book swap, out to her favorite lunch spot, the playground, and the library. It was so great.
