Is ‘constant lighting’ as it sounds? Not flash, but always on?
I’m guessing at least three sources - one high left, one right. One behind, maybe?

@plebster hi Andy, exactly that and there were three lights as you guessed, they were fairly low power so the image was shot hand held at 800 iso, I did run it through the de-noise function in Lightroom to clean it up.
