@yonnie Thank you Yvonne, you should try one, before you cut it in half press the Pomegranate with your hands to release the seeds, cut it in half and knock the seeds out onto a plate, some people sprinkle them on a salad.
@tonygig - Tony, it is a very healthy fruit, with lots of antioxidants. One way I enjoy it is to put the seeds to marinate in some red wine and then put it on top of vanilla ice cream.
