In The Olden Days

Went to our local Museum today and all the staff dressed up to put on a show. Please View Large if you have time.

Everything is all polished up and shiny - even the Kitchen Maam! It is really lovely seeing this particularly with the coal stove going!

Good shot. I went to a stately home with the children from school. They were dressed up to be maids. They made scones,scrubbed floors, polished cutlery and made beds. They loved it.

How lovely - I went to a Victorian museum once where the owner (it was a private museum) also dressed up. So awesome.
