Called at my local Canal and saw this lone Fisherman, this is a very good spot because you get protection from the Bridge in wind and rain. The water's very high because we have had lots of rain. View Large To See The Concentration On His Face.

Is it cold there or do I get a shiver looking at this photo only because of the cold weather where I am? I like the color of the bricks in the wall and their reflection in the water.
