Vacant of any imagination, motivation, and movement; I was going to post a photograph taken a different day, but No! This is my sit-up mat and dumbbells, as you can see no depressions on mat so there they lay without being moved. It is another gray, windy, rainy day and just maybe, yes I will, yes i will, will go do sit-ups and arm curls.
