My friend took me down to the lake where this bird (is it a hawk?!)was laying in the long grass before the rock ledge jutted into the lake. It did not fly away but hopped out onto the rocks. It seems young not sure but believe it is a hawk. It looks healthy but I am concerned worried, why didn't it fly away; is it alright!? Concerned
