Yes it is open, but not for outdoor dinning! On the way to my cabin on the North Shore of Lake Superior. I was a gormand at the gourmet table; wolfing down curried blue mussels accompanied by a very dry Austrian Riesling. My friend had to get by with sashimi tuna on a rice taco with avocado; accompanied by an oriental salad, and ginger. Oh well we got by!
