Inside an Ice Cave

Spent a few days in Bayfield Wisconsin exploring the ice caves which are a part of the Apostle Islands National Lakeshore. This is one of the smaller ones that I crawled into. Will be posting
some more photos from the trip

This is excellent Tom - I especially like the contrast between the warm orangey tones of the native rock and the blue coldness of the ice formations. Must have been awesome to have seen it for real.

You can almost feel the cold coming through this shot. Another great capture.

@jayberg Yes the whole scene is great. want to bundle up, take a sled and chairs and go sit sip a beer and wait for sunset.

Not sure I'd crawl in that! Haha Most caves I have been in are big! and not ice. This is so interesting.
