Monochrome Study

Jpg straight from the camera. No crop no enhancement. Wanted to see what this camera could do with low light and spot metering. Light source from the window, set vase on black sheet,
spot metered and focused locked and then composed in camera. Learning !
Very effective still life shot.

I do love B/W shots, but what I like the most about this one is the lighting. The crispy details are really cool!
