Ice Fishing Lake Superior

On our way to the North Shore we were surprised to see people out on Lake Superior ice fishing; near Duluth where the Lester River flows into the lake. Even more surprised on our way home since the ice had went out near our cabin to find the people still out on the lake. We both concurred;

lol. I was out on our lake yesterday. As much as I have hated this winter, it is nice to be able to go out on the ice and feel safe and secure! Its almost 4 feet thick this year!
