Wood Duck

Taking pictures of a group of ducks across the pond.
Had the camera set on single point focus and single shot. Had the 100-400 lens and 1.4x extender attached. All at once a few ducks took off, not set on tracking, pivoted to my right and snapped. Great auto focus with the extender.
