The Duluth harbor lighthouses marking the entrance to the harbor. The low lying clouds are formed by the frigid temperatures meeting the warmer water creating a misty fog or sea smoke. Out in the sea smoke bank are nine large boats anchored; waiting to load with taconite pellets before the shipping season ends.
