You can see where they plowed the snow to make the ice road;. This chap is basking in the sun with his fishing pole in his hand. A wonderful sunny warm day.

Wow. That's a great shot which captures winter to a tee. Like that he 's off-center which makes this a shot about ice. The b&w really emphasizes that.
