snowdrops instead of snow thanks

Despite warm temperatures yesterday, they are calling for 5 to 8 cm of snow today. I would rather see these little guys thank you very much.

They are so pretty. Are they the same as Lily-of-the-Valley (excuse my ignorance)?

I don't think so. They are called snowdrops. There are about 20 varieties apparently.
