@gigiflower It's the front, the reason why there is a flat wagon behind the steam train is very Dutch. It's meant for carrying bicycles. So people can cycle one way (downwind) and take the tram back. However it was a very windy and somewhat rainy day so maybe not that many people yet that were cycling.
