@gigiflower In Germany on the High speed line the top speed is 300 kilometres. This train runs from Amsterdam to Frankfurt, however within the Netherlands the train does not go faster then 140 kilometres. And from the border to Cologne the speeds not faster then 200 kilometres. Only after Cologne there is a dedicated high speed line. @hermann Yes it is.
