@hermann Thank you, I would have loved to have taken the photo from the top of the dike (which is the former sea dike). But a huge modern multi storey building would have been in shot. (now it's hidden away behind the windmill ;-) ) I don't really have a thing for cars ;-) But I believe there are two VW's in shot. Because as far as I can see the light grey one is a VW Caravelle T5. Did you know the original VW T2 or VW Type 2 was designed by a Dutchman :-) So many of my generation owe their lives to a Dutchman :-D (Maybe yours as well, as I don't know how old you are, and I'm not going to ask ;-) ) I don't know much about cars but I do love any sort of history ;-)
@train365 thank you Floris, neither of us realised the type 2 was designed buy a Dutchman . They are such an iconic vehicle and worth a lot of money now:)
@hermann Your welcome :-) My parents had a couple of type 2's before I was born. (My birth was not related to any of the type 2's ;-) ) But that's the reason why these cars are special to me too. My parents explored the world (Europe) with the cars. And they told me about the stories. Which is why I travel as well (even if my travels are on a very small scale).
