The best laid plans go astray! (Refer 29th March) Only just got to making the jam yesterday. So made a collage again today to show the beginning and the end of the process. Enjoyed rosella jam on toast for breakfast this morning.

I love the collage, but I've never heard of rosella jam! Is is made with a fruit or flowers? I made alot of jam and there is nothing like homemade.
