She gives herself a thrill by keeping a fence between her and the cattle while edging forwards until an animal also comes forwards towards her, then she takes off and races madly round the empty house yard and back to annoy me. The calves are equally entertained by her antics while their mothers try desperately to keep themselves between their calves and her.
She is certainly meant to retrieve small creatures like ducks not something as large as a cow. She'll never be a cattle dog.
@annielf@juliem@ellida Yes I think the dog is rather cute too. She could be in every photo I take. I have to work hard to keep her out of the frame. What ever I aim at she wants to stand in front of. Very annoying sometimes and a few cross words are uttered in her direction from time to time. So I've given her her moment today.
