Wanted to take a road less travelled today only to find a shiny new metal gate standing boldly between two bright white posts where an old rusty gate had stood for nearly one hundred years. Look at the rugged workmaship of the old gate that was leant against the fence. I know nothing lasts forever but I was a little sad to see it gone.
