Dipping day is a big day for little calves but this one avoided the stress and strain by finding a spot of his own tucked in to the two big post at the entrance to the cattle crush and simple lay there and let all the activity go on around him. He even went to sleep at one stage. Several of his little mates came over and nudged him and appeared to whisper warnings in his ear but he ignored them and continued to rest out of harm's way until we had to arouse him and push him through with the last pen full...Got to love that temperament!
