If you've viewed my uploads of the past two days, this is how we irrigate. Each morning and afternoon, we lay out 320m of pipe. There is a spray head on each 10m length. Water is drawn up from underground using a submersible electric pump and pushed down the pipes. It is shot out in circles as each head rotates. Left for eight hours, this gives the equivalent of two inches(50mm) of rain per move. Today was our last move on this patch. We are waiting for a few days before beginning the next one as rain is predicted for Thursday. We live in hope!

@jenrobcarr In this paddock the crop is lucerne. We cut and bale it into square bales for cattle feed. @jodimuli Sorry Joe and to others who were wondering
