After the close encounter yesterday with the red bellied-black (see yesterday's upload), we arrived home to the mournful protests of a green tree frog. He was being consumed by a green tree snake. The snake was coiled around a ladder and was using the ladder and the channels in the walls of the barn to help him draw the poor unfortunate creature into his mouth. Believing things happen in threes I spent all afternoon treading very careful fully alert for encounter three. Happily it didn't occur.
oh, poor little froggy, but I guess a snake's gotta eat too, and I don't mind the green tree snakes, they aren't venomous, we don't get them down here, all the snakes around here are poisonous, nice shot again :)
