Heat Wave

We're in the middle of a heat wave. When I managed to drag myself away from the air conditioner and drove out the gate late yesterday afternoon this doe and her joey were still in the shade of the gum trees. Both had their chests and forearms wet. They lick them to wet them and consequently keep themselves cool.

A lovely capture it very hot here to and there a cyclone just above us , with the same name as my daughter Christine I am hoping that it stay on the same tack it on at the moment and it will just miss us
