While sitting out on the verandah enjoying the stillness and the starry night I heard a scratching on the electricity pole animal guard. My torch revealed a brush tailed possum. I have difficulty with night time shots with my point and shoot so if any one has some advice on how to get a better focus I'd appreciate it.
@cejaanderson the whole photo shoot would have been a sight. I had to climb over a barbed wire fence, balance a torch on him/her to help the camera while the dog complained all the while because she was tied up and couldn't join in the adventure.
