@happypat Oh yes. They lay about 14 eggs and hatch everyone unless the dog does me a favour and raids the nest. My poultry are free range but I usually cage the new mothers. But with this mother on her third batch I let nature take its course and predators reduced numbersto a more reasonable number - just three.
