A tenant of ours, a handyman who is never happier than when he's building something, caught us by surprise today by installing this front gateway for us as a Christmas present. He's been watching our movements - taking measurements etc. in our absence. Apparently the finished project was loaded on his trailer waiting for the right opportunity. We provided it today by going out together. He pounced. Off with the old, on with the new. What a lovely surprise! Thanks Kev. Merry Christmas.
