Sunday morning at the Lion's Convention in Ubobo began with a very touching Remembrance Ceremony which ended with the planting of 22 trees in memory of fellow Lions who had passed away during the period between conventions. The avenue will be a lovely addition to our grounds.
@cejaanderson A sign of the ageing membership. I don't know if it is the same in USA but here young people are not joining service clubs or volunteering like our generation did and so we have now reached a stage where memberships are in serious decline and we retain our membership longer to hold our beloved clubs together. Sad.
