I love the colours of eucalyptus shoots especially when they are filled with early morning light. Actually these were the inspiration for the external colour scheme for our house. A fire blackened the paddock in front of our house months ago. Growth over winter has been very slow. The only time it looks inviting is in the morning when the emerging new life captures the sunlight in its leaves.
