What a hullabaloo. The silky oak (grevillea robusta) is a blaze of colour and the whole 20m of tree is a playground for every noisy friarbird in the area. They play tag with each other all day and never stop chattering. They are so entertaining to watch. I think this fellow was trying to catch his breath while hidden under the branch above his head because one trick is to drop from the top of the tree and dive bomb your mate below.
