I have written a story for a book to be published later in the year about Women on the Land. While searching for photos from my youth I came upon this - cousins on horse back. Mum's old horse Gloucester is patiently posing with my four cousins in the front and my brother and I on the back sometime in the early 1950s.
I love this Margaret. I have a very similar photo from my childhood. We often visited my cousins at their farm and Dolly was very obliging when we were all piled onto her back.
