Today we found out this beautiful historic church is being sold.... Tasmania is selling some of the the less used buildings to help pay for former victims of abuse but it is causing significant angst for many small communities - being heritage listed these buildings should remain as beautiful reminders of past architectural buildings
NO! What a lovely location and beautiful little church! If they are listed as heritage, they should be protected and preserved! There as to be another way to raise money?!?
A lot of our smaller chapels have been sold for private residences. A huge fire damaged former church is now being converted into apartments. So sad. Beautiful framing here.

There is an old church in Launceston that was falling apart but beautiful and an architectural company bought it and its also open for tours! The history has been retained and restored tastefully
