Thinking about a still life today, I decided to feature my collection of zodiac animals that I've accumulated over my years of travel to Japan. They parade along in the current order, with snake taking the lead in 2013. They usually sit in a glass case, and were happy to venture out for this shot today.
What a great idea to feature this year's up front and let the others parade behind. And it's great to get our toys out of glass cabinets from time to time. Isn't this project good at helping us re-appreciate what we once purchased and then let sit behind glass? One idea for an alternate version might be having a little more in focus towards the back might be of help for those who don't have the zodiac memorized (or for those of us who can't recognize いのしし in a blur . . . )?
Michael I am your get pushed partner this week. I have looked at your albums and have to say I am in awe....beautiful works. My challenge for you is Night Photography. I was just challenged to do this last week and had a blast.....still so much more to learn. I hope you have as much fun as I did.
