Back to my get pushed challenge of "sunny and bright," it was a brisk but sunny morning walking into school this morning. Yes, this is the front of the high school where I teach. The wall of windows in front holds our central library, and they caught the sun and projected rays across the grounds. Oh how the sun improves ones mood!
That golden sunlight, the dark vignetting, all add up to the feeling of nostalgia that those of us who mostly remember that building from years past feel when seeing that image. Although I have to admit that most of the time, I saw the building from the back during the years and years of drop off and pick up!
