I'm sticking with black and white for the week (I think...I do love color, but my get pushed challenge beckons me to focus on seeing the world this way). We rethought a significant corner of our bedroom recently. There used to be a small piano and two dissimilar bookcases overladen with books. Stashes of children's clothes in bins added to the clutter. Ikea swooped in to save the space. I assembled these, secured them to the wall, and spent the rest of the day tidying and moving stuff around with the result being a very satisfying focal point in the corner of our room. I thought the geometry of the shelving with the spot lighting would make for an interesting black and white. If anything, it shows off a day's work.
