This represents a part of my afternoon off for Labor Day. Snail and butterfly with cocoon made from beeswax with my daughter. There was a whole menagerie of items, including an abalone shell basket and colored marbles, a woven bridge, and a beeswax candle, but in setting up this still life, I opted for these two friends.
