Life after death

Tomorrow is the saddest day of my life so far, because last year on 10 December my dad died from Covid. My heart is still aching as it's all coming back to me - his one-month stay in the hospital, all the worries, phone calls, tension, hope.. but he finally flew away. I hope he is at a better place now and his soul has found peace. I also hope he can somehow see that we are taking care of the only "alive" thing he left - his lemon tree. My husband helped me a lot in this - he fough pests, he read about how to properly take care of it, he even bought a special lamp for plant light care. As you can see the result, lemon tree is blooming and also there are two lemons on it! Unfortunately they cannot be eaten because of the preparations with which we sprayed the leaves, but I am sure we will have other nice lemons in the future! :)
So sorry you lost your Dad. What a nice way of honoring his memory.
