Something to brighten you day

I don't know what these are. I'd like to know so if you recognize them please tell me. They were growing in a pot near Rock City. (Chattanooga) . (Thanks to Carolyn, I now know they are trumpet creepers. 365 members are so smart and helpful.)

They are called Trumpet Creeper. I looked for the name in my wildflower book. This is a gorgeous pic! The colors are beautiful and the framing is perfect! Fav for me. :0)

yes.....we called it a Trumpet Vine........we had a huge one growing over a trellis in our back yard when I was a kid.....it's still there and still flowering. The hummingbirds love this flower. Beautiful shot, Beth!
