I have a love/hate relationship with the holidays. I bought this ornament years ago when the negative side was starting to surface. While I love seeing other's decorations, the music, the Christmas programs on TV, and most of all the memories, the pressure starts to build about this time of the year. At the moment, I've still bought no gifts, sent out no cards, nor done any baking. My family still expects me to pull off a wonderful celebration. This ornament exprsses my views at present.

I love it , I hate it. There are always to sides. But on the first of January, it`s all over. Then ,soon I miss the kids I miss xmas time

I think a lot of people agree with the love-hate feeling. The expectations are so high and it never seems to live up to the hype. Since my kids don't live at home anymore, I enjoy their company at Christmas more than anything else.
