Hungry Rainy-Day Birds

It is a stormy day and I was surprised to see the birds still out.
The top one is a chickadee, and I think the bottom one is a male house finch. He seems upset. Maybe he doesn't like the rain or he doesn't want to share the feeder. I haven't taken one like this before. It's not as sharp as I'd like but I'm shooting through a lot of water on the window pane.
