For over a year now, I have let my daughter's pregnancy and childbirth allow me the excuse to put my workouts on the back burner. I would hit it for a day or two but then it would be so easy to not work out, instead going to the doctor appointments, out to lunch and helping her shop and decorate his little room. Now here I am with all this 'pregnancy' weight a year after he arrived! Gotta get serious. I power walk outside on nice days, treadmill on bad, and do videos with weights. I like to bike, but am a fair weather biker, so that will be this summer before I get back to that.
